Honda NX500 (2024 onwards)

The Honda NX500 is an affordable middleweight adventure bike that has replaced the CB500X model. It comes with similar specs, but there are some slight difference in the design of the bike. The NX500 feels more like a proper adventure motorcycle compared to the previous model, but don’t expect it to perform well in off-road conditions. The bike is suited more for long-distance touring and commuting, rather than for riding off the road.

It comes with the same parallel twin cylinder engine as the CB500X. The engine is super-smooth and predictable, which ensures a pleasant riding experience. You will be able to reach speeds of up to 100+ mph, but riding at 60-70 mph feels much more comfortable on the bike.

In terms of equipment, the Honda NX500 is a pretty basic machine. There are not that many bells and whistles, but you will get a TFT dash, ABS, and traction control as standard. Other than that, you can choose from four editions of the bike: Adventure, Travel, Urban and Comfort. Each comes with a different set of accessories.

A2 Licence Compliance

The Honda NX500 is a 471cc A2-friendly bike. It has a power output of 35 kW (47 bhp), which is within the 35 kW (47 bhp) limit needed for an A2 licence. No restriction is required, as the bike is fully A2 licence compliant.
